Today, Senator Lee will meet with representatives of C.R. England Trucking, the Building Owners and Managers Association, and the Epic Brewing Company. He will also testify at the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee at 9:30 AM EST (7:30 MST), host an open Jell-O bar in his office at 3:30 PM EST, appear on Fox Business Network’s Freedom Watch at 8:00 PM EST (6:00 MST), and speak at 9:00 PM EST to a group of students participating in the National Prayer Breakfast.

State lawmakers were poised Wednesday to pass legislation that would make Indiana the Rust Belt's first right-to-work state and prohibit labor contracts requiring workers to pay union representation fees.
ADP: Private sector adds 170,000 jobs in January
Companies slowed their hiring in January, according to a report by payroll processor ADP.
The private sector added 170,000 jobs in the month, ADP said Wednesday, missing forecasts of 200,000 jobs that economists polled by Briefing.com had predicted.
