The Senate will convene at 9:30am and the Majority Leader Reid be recognized. It is anticipated that the Senate will begin consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 3187, the FDA User Fee bill.
At 10:30am, the Senate will proceed to executive session to consider the nominations of Jeremy Stein to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and Jerome Powell to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
At 12:00pm, the Senate will conduct 2 Roll Call Votes on confirmation of the nominations.
Following the votes, the Senate will turn back to the motion to proceed to S. 3187.

Utah School Fined $15,000 for Accidentally Selling Soda During Lunch
A Utah high school is learning the hard way that the government is serious about nudging students away from food it doesn’t want them to consume. Davis High School in the Salt Lake City area is having to fork over a whopping $15,000 in fines to the Feds because it accidentally sold soda through a vending machine during lunch.
