WASHINGTON—Tomorrow at 2:15 p.m. EDT, Senators Mike Lee (R-UT) and Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), the chairman and ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Antitrust, Competition Policy, and Consumer Rights, will hold a hearing entitled "Section 5 and 'Unfair Methods of Competition': Protecting Competition or Increasing Uncertainty?” in Room 226 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.

WASHINGTON—Senators Mike Lee (R-UT) and Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), the chairman and ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Antitrust, Competition Policy, and Consumer Rights, today announced that the Subcommittee will hold a hearing on April 5th at 2:15p.m., in Room 226 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building, entitled "Section 5 and 'Unfair Methods of Competition': Protecting Competition or Increasing Uncertainty?" The witnesses testifying at the hearing will be former FTC Commissioner Joshua Wright, Stanford Law professor Doug Melamed, Columbia Law professor Tim Wu, and Latham & Watkins partner Amanda Reeves.
